Terms & conditions
These terms govern use of Opavé, salon management software provided by The Processor Blueprint LLC. By creating an account or using Opavé, you agree to these terms.
The service
Opavé provides appointment booking, client records, checkout, inventory, formula tracking and related tools for salons and independent stylists. Paid plans are billed through Stripe as described at signup. Plan changes and cancellations are managed on the web at my.opave.app.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Salon owners are responsible for the accuracy of client information they enter and for having the right to store it.
SMS terms
- Program: Opavé sends transactional text messages on behalf of salons to their clients, including appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices and receipts.
- Consent: messages are sent only to clients who provided their mobile number and consented by checkbox or verbally. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your appointments.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Help: reply HELP, or email hello@opave.app.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Salons using Opavé agree to collect client consent before enabling texts and to honor opt-outs.
Acceptable use
You may not use Opavé to send spam or unsolicited messages, to store information you have no right to store, or to interfere with the service.
Payments
Client card payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated at signup.
Disclaimers and liability
Opavé is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, The Processor Blueprint LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
